Shipping policy

 

Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details and tracking number. If you have any questions regarding orders, shipping or parcel tracking, please email us at inquiries@lairdcherry.co.za.  

National Orders

Orders over R1 500 qualify for free shipping. For orders under R1 500, our standard shipping rate of R95 will apply. Once the item has been dispatched, you can expect delivery within 3-5 working days (for main areas in South Africa) and 5-7 working days (for outlying areas in South Africa) unless otherwise stated at checkout. We use Bob Go for all deliveries in South Africa. You will receive email updates from them as your order leaves the studio. Please ensure you provide a daytime address between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Every order will receive a tracking number; you can track your parcel on this link (https://track.bobgo.co.za/). We unfortunately do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

 International Orders

We do ship internationally. International shipping is calculated by weight. For international orders, please get in touch with us at inquiries@lairdcherry.co.za. Include your complete address, email address, cell phone number, and the items you want to order. 

As the customer, you will be responsible for all import duties and customs tax levied by your country.  Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will be sent a tracking number where you can track your parcel. 

Regrettably, we do not offer returns on international orders.
