Delivery

Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 workings days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details and tracking number. If you have any questions regarding orders, shipping or parcel tracking, please email us at inquiries@lairdcherry.co.za

 

National Orders

Orders over R1500 qualify for free shipping. For orders under R1500, our standard shipping rate of R95 will apply.

Once the item has been dispatched, you can expect delivery within 2-5 working days (for main areas in South Africa) and 5-7 working days (for outlying areas in South Africa) unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We use BobGo for all deliveries in South Africa. You will receive email updates from them as your order leaves the studio. If you need to change your delivery address, you will get the opportunity when you receive your dispatch email.

Please ensure you provide a daytime address between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. 

Every order will receive a tracking number; you can track your parcel on this link (https://track.bobgo.co.za/).

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

International Orders

We do ship internationally. International shipping is calculated by weight. 

For international orders, please get in touch with us at inquiries@lairdcherry.co.za. Include your complete address, email address, cell phone number, and the items you want to order. 

As the customer, you will be responsible for all import duties and customs tax levied by your country.  Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will be sent a tracking number where you can track your parcel. 

Regrettably, we do not offer returns on international orders.  

Return & Exchange Policy 

We want you to love your Amanda Laird Cherry Apparel garments, but if the item is not for you, we offer exchanges, refunds and returns. For all exchanges and returns, please contact us at inquiries@lairdcherry.co.za within fourteen days of receiving your item.  

We’ll evaluate your request, and if it is approved, we’ll guide you through the exchange/return procedure. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if you do not comply with our returns policy. 

Exchanges 

If you are not entirely satisfied with the size/fit of the item you have purchased, please ensure within fourteen days of delivery, email us at inquiries@lairdcherry.co.za with a picture of the item you would like to exchange for. We will then arrange a courier to collect the item.  

Please ensure you return the item in its original state and packaging to prevent damage on the return trip.  

Once we have received the item, it will be thoroughly inspected. All items should be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original condition, suitable for resale. We will then dispatch your exchange item. 

Returns and Refunds 

If you are not entirely satisfied with the item you have purchased, please ensure within fourteen days of delivery, email us at inquiries@lairdcherry.co.za with a picture and reason for return; we would love to hear your feedback. We will then arrange a courier to collect the item.  

Please ensure you return the item in its original state and packaging to prevent damage on the return trip.  

Once we have received the item, it will be thoroughly inspected. All items should be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original condition, suitable for resale. We will refund/credit you, provided the item meets the aforementioned requirements. 

We will refund you via your original payment method or via Electronic Funds Transfer. 

Please allow for up to 10 business days for payments to be settled.  

Damaged Items 

In the unlikely event that the item delivered to you is damaged, please get in touch with us at inquiries@lairdcherry.co.za within 24 hours of delivery with a picture and description of the issue.  

Return of Sale/Promotional Items 

Regrettably, we do not offer refunds or returns on sale/discounted items (Including all Black Friday items) unless there is a manufacturing fault. We can assist with exchanges if sizing is an issue. This is subject to stock availability.  

We cannot offer refunds for gift vouchers purchased on our site.
